The 2001 Montana 500 was headquartered out of Kalispell. Day one June 18th. Leg one of the run was 49 miles from Whitefish to Eureka. Leg two was 68 miles to Libby. Leg three was 23 miles back to Happy's Inn. Leg four was 46 miles to Kalispell. Second Day June 19th: Leg five, 47 miles Streeter's Corner to Condon. Leg 6 and 7, 31 miles Seeley Lake and back. Leg 8, 45 miles to Streeter's Corner. Day 3, June 20th. Leg 9, 24 miles, Woody's Corner to West Glacier. Leg 10 and 11, 55 miles going to and 56 miles coming from East Glacier. Leg 12, 24 miles to Woody's Corner. Total miles 501. Day 4. Tour around Flathead Lake.
