Please plan to attend the fall meeting.  It will be 1 pm. October, 13th in Lincoln, Montana at Lambkins Restaurant.  I don't have an address for Lambkins, but I think it will be pretty easy to find.  You can pay your 2003 dues at any time.  I still have many pictures to put onto the web site.  I'm sorry that I haven't done this sooner, but events have conspired against me recently.  I did take a little time out and ran a few tests on restrictor plates.  Part two of my serial appears in this issue.  Thanks to everyone for the nice comments on part one.  Sorry, no drivers' profiles this time.  I have some written which I will try to get in soon.  Again I apologize for not doing more.  Things should slow down a bit now that fall is in the air.  Not much else in the news department.
